All tutus are made with equal parts of each color used in the design. Depending on the angle/lighting while being photographed, some colors may appear to stand out more than others in the photographs but each color will have the same amount of depth in the actual tutu as every other color in the design. Additionally, embellishments on the tutus as seen on the website may vary due to availability.

Free Shipping
All of our items are shipped via USPS Priority mail (3-5 days estimated shipping time for US) with delivery confirmation. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please contact us. Our items are custom made as ordered. Your item will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days depending on the size of the order. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please let us know. We can provide rush shipping at an additional charge. Please provide your contact information specifically your e-mail and cell phone number to receive tracking information from the United States Postal Services. YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS ON Voodoo Tutu has to be the same as your shipping address listing on PAYPAL. If they do not match up, we can not send your package. Your address needs to be a verified address on paypal. If your address is not verified, your order will be canceled and a full refund submitted. PLEASE make sure you enter your address correctly, we print shipping labels with the exact address that you provide for us and are not liable for packages that are shipped back to us due to incorrect addresses. If your package is returned to sender, you will need to submit payment for postage fees to have the package re sent to the correct address if it was not at the fault of Voodoo Tutu.
If you are concerned about a package being delivered and left when you are not home, please let us know prior to ordering so we can make a note to have the post office hold your package for pickup. Although packages are insured, if they are marked delivered and left at your home/apartment/workplace and some one steals it, the post office will not reimburse you via the insurance.
Refunds
All sales are final as each Tutu is customized to suit the purchaser thus no refunds unless extenuating circumstances exist in which the shop owner may use their sole discretion upon issuing a refund on a case by case basis. The shop can not be responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in the mail by the United States Postal Services particularly during weather, political or nationally driven events. The shop can not be responsible for damages to merchandise incurred during races (whether a 5K, Half, Full, Triathlon, Obstacle or Mud run), events or special occasions in which the customer/end user is responsible.
We do not offer refunds/returns on items that take longer than expected, so we always recommend ordering early to ensure time for delivery, especially during busy Holiday seasons. We have no control over the speed of the USPS. We typically urge customers to order at least four weeks prior to needing their items to allow time for the USPS to process and delivery their orders.
We do not ship to Aramex addresses or similar companies for shipping overseas. Any orders placed with a shipping address for a freight shipping company will be canceled and refunded.
